Based in Raheen, Limerick, Muriel has been treating the patients of Limerick and beyond for over 30 years. Originally a graduate of UCC dental school she went on to work in St Camillus Hospital, Limerick where she studied orthodontics under the tutelage of consultants Dr. Ted Mc Namara and Dr Brian Jones. She graduated as a Specialist Orthodontist from the Royal College of Surgeons in England in 1990 and has been in private practice since then.

She is a past president of Network Limerick- an organisation supporting the professional development of women in business. She held the presidency of the Orthodontic Society of Ireland in 2006.

She is a keen supporter of the Arts in Limerick and is involved with CareBright CLG nursing home in Bruff.

Dr. Emily Higgins graduated with honours from University College Cork in 2013. She was awarded first prize in restorative dentistry after achieving highest marks in her final year examination. Having spent one year training in the prestigious Eastman Institute in London, she worked as a general dentist in private practice in Essex. During this time she became a member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery in Glasgow. In 2017 Emily was accepted onto a doctorate training program for Orthodontics in Trinity College Dublin. She completed this doctorate in 2021 and was also awarded Membership in Orthodontics with the Royal College of Surgeons in England in the same year. As well as her private practice, Emily is a clinical supervisor on the undergraduate orthodontic clinic in Dublin Dental University Hospital.

Emily is dedicated to providing high quality, evidence-based care to her patients and regularly attends conferences and training courses to further her knowledge and clinical expertise in orthodontics.

Sinead joined the dental community in 2018 working as a dental nurse in a busy general dental practice. She took the step to enrol in UCC Dental Nursing course in 2019 and graduated in 2021. Sinead has been working as an Orthodontic Dental Nurse since 2021 when she joined Collins-Higgins Orthodontics. She enjoys following patients progress throughout their treatment and it gives her great joy to see how pleased they are with the end result!
