These removable braces can be taken in and out and are used to address problems with how the top and bottom meet together. More often than not, they are used to address upper teeth that are more prominent than lower teeth. They come in two parts, one which fits on the upper teeth and one that fits on the lower teeth. These two parts work together. They are best used in patients who are growing and so are normally used in younger patients. They are almost always followed by a course of fixed appliances to detail the teeth and achieve the perfect result!
